Job Description


The primary responsibilities of the Facilities Receptionist/Clerk are to perform a variety of diversified accounting, operational and service support tasks for the Facilities Mangement Department.




Knowledge and Skill Requirements:


Duties require knowledge in English, grammer, math and basic accounting procedures. Accuracy in typing, checking and posting. Use of PC and standard office equipment.




Strong organizational and time management skills, good judgement and decision-making ability are required as well as the capacity to work effectively under deadline pressures and the ability to work well with others.




Job Duties:



+ General receptionist duties for Service Support Center to include mail distribution, managing the work order ticket system, charity donation coordination, notification & coordination of the emergency response team, provide daily guidence and direction to janitorial company and on-site security guards.


+ Track, inventory & maintain a variety of supplies, department vehicle log books, Greensboro utility log book, visitors to warehouse location and trip sheets for Greenville trucking.


+ Types memo's, purchase orders, copy and file new persons reports for Human Resources.


+ Co-ordinate order and delivery of keys, nameplattes, and other small signs. Maintain list of security codes and after-hours entry instruction.


+ Maintains SSC bulletin boards.


+ Log in on calendar, reservations for all conference rooms.


+ Help Human Resources with projects thru the year. Denim Day, Blood Drive, Harvet for Teachers, picnic, posters, movie day, MS Tour golf, PGA golf, fit tests, United Way, Earth Day, mammograms, pet supply drive, flue vaccine, events, etc. and coordinate with people on SSC projects.


+ Other duties as assigned.





Requirements:



+ 2-4 years related experience


+ MS Office Suite experience, i.e. Word, Excel


+ Previous call center experience


+ Ability to multitask and proven organizational skills
