This is a temporary staff position required to assist in completing 2400 PC refreshes in the next 1.5 years. We have many PCs to replace due to the XP Remediation project that was completed 4 years ago where we had to refresh managed desktops to WIN 7 to be compliant with Microsoft.
Typical Experience: 5 Years required
Skill - Required / Desired - Amount - of Experience
Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel - Required - 3 - Years
Needs moderate knowledge and demonstrable skills with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment - Required - 3 - Years
Needs moderate knowledge and demonstrable skills with Microsoft Office, and O365 - Required - 3 - Years
Require experience in PC swap outs - Required - 3 - Years
Strong organizational skills required - Required - 3 - Years
Knowledge and demonstrable skills with LAN-attached printing/scanning devices - Required - 3 - Years
